Question – Fat Cat for Screaming Eagle Road King:
What do you suggest for a 2007 Screaming Eagle Road King (FLHRSE3). I want the loud pipes that really rumbles. I'm sure your aware that this is a 110 and not a 96. Would the Boarzilla be a better fit? What about a Power Commander and map? I appreciate your assistance in this matter and any other suggestions you may have.
- Adrian Bart, Sr

Answer:
The Fat Cat is good up to 117 Cu. In. when using stock head configurations with 1 3/4" exhaust ports. It offers the best low end torque. The system will require some kind of tuner. Power Commander (PCIII), Race Tuner (H-D), or Thunder Max (Zippers) are all good choices. The First two require dyno tuning and the third is self tuning if you purchase the closed loop system. Thunder Max costs more but you save the dyno cost factor, which evens the cost of all three systems to about the same.

About D&D Performance Exhaust
In 1972 David Rash could not find the exhaust pipe he needed for his race bike. He knew that the proper exhaust for his engine configuration would give him an edge over his competition so he fabricated one himself. Thirty years and 250,000 pipes later D&D Performance Exhaust systems are some of the leading performance motorcycle exhaust systems in the world.

D&D Performance Enterprises manufacturers performance oriented exhaust pipes for S&S, Harley-Davidson motorcycles, Sport Bikes and V-Twin cruisers. Checkout all of the D&D Performance Pipes for Harley-Davidson motorcycles or call D&D at 817-834-0996 for application and usage answers.
