D&D Racer Chris Carr Takes 5th in Championship

7-time AMA Grand National Champion Chris Carr has suffered through one of the toughest seasons in his pro career. The all-time winningest active rider in the AMA Ford Quality Checked Flat Track Championship considers 2007 a down year.

Even so, Carr, rider and owner of the Quality Checked Certified Pre-Owned Ford racing team, took 5th in the Grand National Championship.

We enjoyed working with Chris and Chief Mechanic, Kenny Tolbert. Even though Chris had a down year for him, many riders would be ecstatic with a top 5 finish. Congratulations to a hard fought season and we will look forward to working with the team in 2008.

This was an off year for the 7-time Champ. The team will be back in action in 2008 with a goal to win it all.
