Thruxton is Triumph's souped-up Bonneville. Back in the day these Spartan cafe racers where hand-built using special go-fast parts.
D&D has just released these new traditional TT styling ceramic coated stepped header pipe with billet tips. D&D has designed these pipes to enhance the cat-like respnse and evocative silhouette of the Thruxton.
D&D’s performance pipe comes with air pump eliminators and jet kit.
More Power

Triumph’s Thruxton seamlessly mixes the classic sixties style with a modern attitude.
Although the new Thruxton 900 is mass-produced at Triumph's Hinckley factory, it retains its namesake's streetfighting attitude.
The centerpiece is an engine built on Thruxton’s 865cc, air-cooled, dohc, twin cylinder power plant, the most powerful of Triumph’s twin cylinder line-up. The engine has a peak power output of 69bhp delivered at 7400rpm and peak torque of 52ft.lb arrives at 5800rpm. The motor shares the same 360° firing interval as the Bonneville, as well as featuring ‘hot’ camshaft profiles and a compression ratio of 9.2:1.

Back In The Day
Back in the early '60s, the Thruxton circuit was the site of one of Britain's biggest races: the Thruxton 500.
Triumph's 650cc T120 Bonneville won there in '62, and the Meriden factory responded with a special model, the T120 Thruxton.
