2009 - 2 into 1 FLH Boss Pipes for Baggers

Get great performance without a tuner and without modifying your EFI unit. Our 2 into 1 Boss Pipes is specifically designed for the 2009 Touring models. Our performance kit comes with Zippers Air Cleaner.

More Power and More Economy

Best results were achieved with the Zipper's Max-Flow Air Cleaner and no tuner. OPTION - Customer can order a Max-Flow filter element only if their bike is already equipped with a HD Hi-Flow air cleaner.

NO TUNER REQUIRED - TECHNICAL DETAILS
This system WAS tested with and without the HD Super Tuner. With the pipe and air cleaner only (no tuner) A/F did not change from stock in the cruise range (14.4) and the WOT runs proved the use of a tuner would do no more than jeopardize the motorcycles fuel economy and not enough of a power gain to justify cost. There was also no decal pop (aka backfire).

However the addition of cams or other modifications will most likely require a tuner (This is speculation as no testing was done other than stock).

System will ship with the wrapped baffle. The customer can request the standard baffle. There are only the 2 baffles available for this system.

Options

1. Available in Back or Slant cut. Other cuts available at no charge but a special order and additional build time will be required.
