D&D Heads For The Dirt - New AMA Flat Track Singles Pipe
D&D Releases AMA Pro Flat Track Low Pipe For 450cc Single Racers
D&D Performance Enterprises announced today that the firm has released their new Pro Flat Track Low Pipe system for the AMA Pro Grand National Singles and Expert Singles series for teams racing the 450cc single cylinder carbureted motorcycles.
The D&D Pro Flat Track Low Pipe is available in 3 components. The full system includes a head pipe and muffler for 2006-2008 Honda CRF 450 motorcycles. Racers can also select just the head pipe or just the muffler.
The muffler was designed to accommodate other popular carbureted 450cc single cylinder racers. It's built with a reverse megaphone muffler with a billet tip.
The baffle design passed AMA Pro sound restrictions without sacrificing power.
"Through our relationship with Chris Carr Racing, the system was designed and tested on Expert Singles race prepped machine using spec fuel and K&N filter," explained Dave Rash, D&D's Pope of Pipe. "The pipe makes outstanding power and meets the AMA strict sound requirements."
The Pro Flat Track Low Pipe system comes with all necessary brackets, clamps and mounting hardware.

The AMA 450cc single cylinder singles class includes race bikes from Suzuki, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM and Husqvarna.
