"I want to be the first to do this" is the credo of all Custom Builders each time they start a new project. Dana Hallberg, the creative genius behind Deadline Customs, is always pushing the envelope with his designs.
His latest build, INK, made its debut and won the FreeStyle class in the Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show in Minneapolis.
Dana showcases his shop by building outstanding and award-winning custom bikes.
Dana has competed at the Sturgis AMD World Championship, and has won the "The Freestyle Class" three times at the Ultimate Builder Custom Bike Show. His latest winning bike is INK, a 2011 Harley-Davidson Road Glide.
Owner Scott Maeyaert worked with Dana to decide upon the best features available for INK, making it very appealing. The bike consists of a Harley-Davidson 120ci mil with modified heads, cams, D&D Boarzilla pipe and nitrous.
The custom Road Glide features a raked neck, custom body work and a full body tattoo. Dana Hallberg and Jeff Urman supplied the paint.
The 'Ultimate Builder' series now moves on to Chicago, Charlotte before the American Championship final at Daytona Bike Week.
