I wanted to make sure I sent this email to you in an effort to give you feedback on our current business transaction. I purchased through 58Cycle a set of your D&D pipes. I was extremely happy to find them and thought the price was fair. I contacted you to ensure the pipes could be delivered by the promised date and you stated that in fact you had one on the shelf and it would be delivered as promised.
The next day when your warehouse personnel pulled the item from the shelf they conducted a quality control inspection of the exhaust system to find it had a dent in it.
